An experienced user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings who can model and produce drawings with limited supervision
Checks and coordinates project BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan
Checks the completeness & accuracy of your work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.
Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase
Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks, undertakes appropriate research, and develops documentation to support these solutions
Assist with the management and coordination of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.
Manages projects in BIM360
Organizes own and others work to achieve set deadlines
Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity
Minimum Requirements
Ability to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilities
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Good technical knowledge of practice line discipline
Understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines
Computational skills – Dynamo / Grasshopper / Python
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, presentation software and working on projects in a BIM environment
Develops BIM content based on BIM modelling standards and as outlined in BEP
Knowledge of Industry BIM standards, processes, and general approaches
Knowledge to set up the configuration and administration of projects for respective discipline in Revit and AutoCAD
Technical knowledge of concrete, steelwork, and reinforcement 3D modelling
Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant Revit modelling

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited University
Master of Science or Engineering preferred.
