POSITION OUTPUTS:

- Manage project in compliance with Enterprise wide project management
- (EWPM) procedures

- Ensure compliance to sound engineering standards, specifications and
- practices of the Company and the Business Unit (BU)
- Ensure standardisation and enforcing of preferred equipment lists

- Ensure Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) compliance during
- project life-cycle.
- Customer and Client Relationship Management Represent operations, maintenance and service departments in projects
- Provide expert technical support to project teams and operational teams
Effective People Management
- Compile and lead medium-sized teams effectively to achieve goals (project based)
- Manage and evaluate performance of subordinates when applicable
- Oversee technical development and coaching of Professionals in
- Training (PIT's), Engineers- and Technicians-in-Training when required
- Contribute to high performance teams.
Engineering Services
- Implement project management principles and practices for planning, design and implementation of project outcomes
- Conduct complex analysis of project systems and processes
- Provide technical inputs to the project team
- Provide inputs in designs, technical reviews, Hazard and Operability
- Study (HAZOP) and other project related reviews
- Ensure Operational Readiness through integrating client needs into project deliverables
- Ensure design for operability, maintainability and efficiency.
Project Management
- Evaluate and complete projects with minimum risk, within allocated timeframes and according to specified budgetary requirement
- Manage projects with regard to processes, technology and equipment
- Manage project life cycle.
