As part of the Professional Services team, own solution implementation responsibilities and drive new initiatives for overall improvement of client satisfaction.
Use professional experience and techniques to obtain clear and unambiguous functional requirements from stakeholders.
Contribute to project/delivery milestones by solving/avoiding most complex problems with wider expertise across technologies/functional areas.
Evaluate stability, compatibility, scalability, interoperability, and performance of FICO solutions.

Drive new initiatives for solution design, consulting skills, and delivery improvement along with Intellectual Property (IP) harvesting initiatives.
Liaise closely with peers and counterparts in different regions ensuring continuity and consistency of delivery methodology and best practices on all engagements.
Establish client relationships and collaborate with sales team in business development activities by leveraging deep functional, technical and product knowledge.
Working on multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, responding to changing priorities and expectations dynamically.
Ensuring completion of high-quality deliverables within time-constraints.
Constantly seeking out, contributing and implementing ideas for process improvements, more efficient use of resources, product enhancements, improved communications and quicker issue-resolution.
Participating in quality assurance test planning, system design sessions, implementation planning and other phases of software development lifecycle as needed.
Having a sound understanding of project testing phases and be able to support issue identification and bug fixes.

Extensive experience as an industry consultant in related role.

In-depth experience working as a business analyst or equivalent position.
Strong skills in business process management (BPM).

Experience in banking, insurance, or telecom industry.
