Job Description

• Accounting and Reconciliation Management: Perform accounting-related tasks and reporting, ensure reconciliations are completed | Financial Governance, Reporting and Control: Present monthly management accounts reports such as Budget vs actual, Operational Budget Report on a monthly basis | Audit Support: Provide support to auditing activities .
• You will be required to be part of the institutional client operations team responsible for providing institutional clients with exceptional service and accurate and efficient administration.
• You will be required to work collaboratively within your team and across other teams in the business to deliver exceptional administrative support.
• You will be required to manage various back and middle office support functions and interact with the 3rd party administrators.
• You will be required to provide cash management and operational support to the Investment team in a leading Investment Management Business. Your role covers areas such as fund/client take on, supporting the front office team, utilising the portfolio management system, creating assets on this system, managing cashflows related to day-to-day asset management activities, liaising with external administrators as well as clients and all other support functions relating to the Investment Manager’s traditional and non-traditional asset management activities. This is a critical role supporting the front office team.

Education

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Financial Sciences (Required)
