About the Job
We are looking for a talented and results driven Senior Internal Sales Consultant to join our BRM Brands team!

Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer management
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Capture new customers and clients in the market
- Facilitating orders within a designated sales channel
- Capturing sales orders
- Ensuring delivery of orders
- Overall customer satisfaction
- Facilitating the delivery of Online orders
- Engaging with and troubleshooting for online clients
- A minimum of 5 - 8 years previous Telesales experience is essential preferably within an FMCG environment.
