Senior IT Technician Job Duties

• A senior IT technician typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
• Providing technical support to users via phone or email, including troubleshooting problems with hardware or software
• Installing and maintaining computer networks, including imaging systems, configuring routers, and setting up firewalls
• Recommending ways to improve security and efficiency of computer systems
• Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software used in the company’s computer systems
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting new software applications on computers and networks
• Monitoring system performance to ensure that it is running efficiently
• Performing data recovery when necessary, including removing viruses from infected systems
• Coordinating with other IT staff members to ensure that projects are completed on time
• Conducting network maintenance, including monitoring bandwidth utilization, setting up new servers, and configuring routers

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 2 Years’ experience in similar Role
• A+ , N+ Certifications
• Office 365 knowledge / MS Office, Routing knowledge, Wireless experience
• Punctual, Honest and Reliable
