Job Description
Lead and manage the Administration Teams in the warehouse to execute daily requirements of the business.
Oversee Client support services.
Liaise, interact, and coordinate with various internal staff, Suppliers and Customers regarding warehouse operations and assisting and supporting staff ensuring that everything is planned and executed timeously.
Manage the import and tracking all vessels and flights inbound as well as locally sourced goods.
Problem solving and sourcing of alternatives when supply issues occur.
Assist with internal system development suggestions and improvements of current processes.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or Equivalent with Mathematics in Matric with above 60% for Mathematics – Please send Matric certificate with CV
Tertiary qualification in either warehousing or logistics or supply chain or related is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a customer service management position & logistics management position
A minimum of 3 years in a commercial environment with a client/service focus
Operating cross functionally in an integrated environment
Leading and management of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High attention to detail.
Team Player.
Adaptability, to able to deal with fast-paced and dynamic situations.
Excellent problem solver
Customer centric
Must be organized and methodical.
Additional Information
Salary: R20 000 - R35 000 per month - Depending on Experience
