Senior Manager – Production at Farm Managers SA

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
• At least 5 years’ farm and/or production management experience
• Min of 5 years relevant crop farming experience
• Previous potato farming experience
• Exceptional management/organizational skills, good social skills and an eye for detail essential
• Computer literacy
• Basic knowledge of the operation and maintenance of farm machinery, implements and infrastructure resources
• Strong task instruction and delegation skills
• Excellent operational planning, decision-making and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail, communication and people management skills
• Maintenance and mechanically orientated
• Ability to work with and motivate a team
• Valid driver’s license
