The primary purpose of this position is to design, develop, and implement policies and strategies related to marketing, stakeholder relations, and communications. This position ensures alignment with organizational goals and enhances the company's market presence and stakeholder engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Develop and communicate engagement strategies
Lead stakeholder analysis and risk assessments
Maintain and enhance brand reputation
Oversee advertising and promotional activities
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Provide leadership and vision to the marketing team
Foster a collaborative team environment
Identify development opportunities for team members
Establish metrics for marketing effectiveness
Regularly review and report on performance against goals
Implement improvements based on performance data
Deep dives into commercial and technical proposals to understand risks and opportunities. Takes an active role in ensuring good decision-making and risk management on all projects.
Ensures continuous improvement in the quality and value of the projects and services delivered by Proconics.
Increase client’s willingness to pay for Proconics’ services. Reduces Proconics’ cost to service client needs.
Brief EXCO on Team’s performance, strategies and tactics.
Identify opportunities in the market, and where appropriate, present analysis/business cases to grab growth opportunities.
Monitor critical risks and ensure implementation of mitigations.
Support and improve the BB-BEE status through appropriate hiring, training and procurement.
Qualifications/Experience
Post Grad in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
Professional certifications in marketing or communications are advantageous.
Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in marketing and stakeholder relations, with at least 5 years in a
