Proposals and Development: Participate in proposal teams, develop scopes, and provide input on piping/mechanical estimations and schedules
Design Development: Lead concept development, basic and detailed design work, and support the mechanical engineering team throughout project phases
Technical Documentation: Create and review 3D models, general arrangement drawings, and fabrication drawings while ensuring compliance with technical standards
Project Implementation: Provide on-site support during installation, manage drawing changes, and contribute to project handover documentation
Process Compliance: Maintain adherence to drawing office procedures and effectively manage engineering changes
Software Systems: Utilize and maintain proficiency in various design software tools including Advanced Steel, Revit, Plant 3D, and Inventor.
Qualifications and Experience:
National Diploma in relevant engineering qualification with 5 years piping experience (2 years in Energy Industry)
1-year supervisory experience OR
National Certificate level 4 in relevant draughting qualification with 10 years piping experience (5 years in Energy Industry)
