Senior Project Manager - Cape Town at Tangent International

What you’ll be doing 

• As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage our most complex and challenging projects. You’ll also be responsible for the relationship with some of our key clients. The role reports into the Project Director and may have direct reports in the future. 
• You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle from pitch, to discovery, design and delivery across a range of projects from technical innovation and brand strategy to large scale application builds.  
• We’d love you to be involved in improving our delivery processes, tools and documentation across the agency.

What we are looking for  

• We need a highly motivated Project Manager who has managed large teams and projects. You’ll be passionate about digital and customer experience, have a sound technical understanding and be well versed in agile and waterfall methodologies.

You’ll have:

• Proven ability to manage projects with £250k+ budgets
• Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering to revenue targets
• A hands-on approach – we all muck in
• Fantastic client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Highly skilled in creating and delivering presentations.
• Prince 2, Scrum master qualified (ideal but not essential)
• 5+ years agency experience delivering brand, experience strategy, web builds, content management systems, applications builds
• Experience working with remote teams and third parties
• Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Confluence, Trello, JIRA)
