A dynamic opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in residential developments to take the lead on exciting construction projects based in Bellville, Cape Town.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 8 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on residential developments
Proficiency in CCS Candy is essential
Sound knowledge of Dimension X
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Smartsheet will be advantageous
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
