Senior Room Attendant at Rhodes University

Main Objectives

• Cleaning of areas assigned by the Housekeeping or Manager: Housekeeping Services.  To provide assistance to the Housekeepers within the Hall, which includes co-ordination, decision-making, weekend responsibilities and team leadership.

The Requirements

• Grade 12 with approximately 1 year’s relevant experience, where such relevant experience includes: -
• Previous experience working in an industrial or domestic cleaning environment
• Previous experience with coordinating staff and work schedules will be advantageous.
• Exposure to an administrative environment with basic computer skills and stock control
