Senior Sales Associate

- High energy individual who is deadline and target driven.
- Proven history of success with a background in the waste management industry
Job Functions
- Lead generation
- Sourcing new business
- Telesales / Telemarketing
- Marketing
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a Matric Certificate or SAQA Accredited Equivalent
- Must have a Valid ID
- Must have a Valid driver’s license
- Three (3) years Telesales / Telemarketing / Call centre experience – Waste management industries (Advantageous)
Key Competencies
- SAGE CRM
- Microsoft Office
- External courses in a related field (preferably; recycling/environment/sales)
- Bilingual
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Telephonic skills & etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Resilience – ability to cope with rejection
- The ability to resolve problems and disputes with clients and arrive at decisions which allow the business to move forward.
