Senior Sales Representative at Ascendis Health

JOB OBJECTIVES:

To drive and increase market penetration of the specified portfolio of Imaging & Energy products in the relevant territory by developing, maintaining and improving customer relationships, offering technical / clinical support and solutions to meet the customers’ and users’ needs, excellent after sales service and support is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of the medical device industry, hospital /clinical practice environment.
• The willingness and commitment to the process of training to continually develop and upskill oneself
• Provide ongoing feed-back to the Business Unit Manager based on daily activities and customer satisfaction.
• Willing to learn new applications, stock management and assist with the promotion of on-patient I&E products
• Professional and effective communicator with the ability to present confidently to a variety of audiences
• Should be agile at building and utilizing strong relationships and networks effectively, both internally and with key external stakeholders (e.g. scrub sister; pharmacy manager; stock controller; theatre matron, KOLs), earning their trust and respect
• Able to manage complexity and working with multiple staff members
• The ability to identify potential development areas and communicate these affectively

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years work experience in similar role with sales / marketing in the medical device sector
• Proven track record of excellent sales numbers achieved • Computer literate- MS Office programs
• Fluent in English and 2nd Language
• The ability to travel for work regularly
• Your own reliable transport to use for work purposes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Suitable life sciences tertiary qualification (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s Licence
