    Senior Sales Representative

    Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline

    This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree, or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.

    About The Role

    • Call on various specialty surgeons -via rooms, in theatre, hospital tearooms
    • Have to sell on a daily basis
    • Admin – weekly & monthly reports, stock take, quotes for repairs & product orders
    • Call on Matrons, scrub sisters, pharmacy managers, tech engineers, CSSD sisters, stock controllers
    • Conduct regular workshops with Doctors, scrub sisters, CSSD sisters
    • Constant online trainings for development
    • Collaborate with team as well as other divisions
    • Scrub up for theatre cases – CRICE certified
    • Travel is 70-80% of the time
    • Reside in/close to the territory.

    About You

    • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English;
    • Outgoing and persuasive manner and ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values;
    • Confidence and persistence.
    • Patience and self-motivation.
    • Analytical and planning skills.
    • Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes;
    • Strong teamwork and networking skills;
    • Commercial and business awareness;
    • Valid driving license.

    Qualifications/Experience

    • 5+ years Sales experience in the Medical field with Diploma in related field.
    • Higher Education preferable.
    • Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations a must.
