Role Overview

• Sybrin is a Salesforce ISV and is seeking a Technical Architect with 7+ years of hands-on experience across a range of technologies and platforms to join our fast-growing team. Sybrin’s solutions include Payments Hub, KYC, AML (Anti Money Laundering), Intelligent Document Processing, Liveness Detection, Digital Onboarding, and more. The Technical Architect must have a passion for driving product strategy and translating it into technology development. The TA should have experience and comfort in managing local, virtual, and offshore teams. The successful Technical Architect will collaborate with our clients during project planning and implementation. They will share their comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and product suite. The Technical Architect must have a passion for driving product strategy and translating it into technology development. The TA should have experience and comfort in managing local, virtual, and offshore teams. Combined with their previous experience in technical architecture, enterprise integration, and business solution implementation, they will position the best possible business solutions that meet and/or exceed our client’s needs. They will seek to understand and interpret our client’s challenges and requirements to architect a system and implementation plan that satisfies and meets the client’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering, in a timely and accurate way, CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, and Visualforce. The Technical Architect will be responsible for the application design, development, and support of Salesforce-related projects. The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.
• Using UML diagrams, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies, you will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce-related projects from inception through to production support. You will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of Sybrin’s clients, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are closely monitored by working closely with the development teams.

 Experience/Skills Required

• Experience in designing and developing software components and having a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
• Experience around AppExchange will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience.
• Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems and working with integration tools.
• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
• Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
• Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
• Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
• Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, and JavaScript
• At least one SDFC certification in application development
