    Senior Specialist Designer

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    Design and produce industry leading creative solutions for market campaigns (brand and commercial), digital content and assigned projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and produce elevated design solutions for assigned campaigns (brand and commercial) and digital content.
    • Working and adapting design templates for all commercial channels including specific templates for wholesale partners.
    • Create design solutions for variety of touchpoints internal, 2D, retail and digital
    • Collaborate with brand communications team members to ensure holistic storytelling and holistic brand look and feel
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consumer and brand focus
    • Present and communicate objective design solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to variety of stakeholders
    • Execute the production stages of creative, ensuring creative excellence and technical precision throughout the project
    • Maximise results within given timeframes
    • Identify opportunities of improvement and change, and initiate own proposals/projects
    • Work collaboratively with agency on ad hoc campaigns

    • Emerging Markets Brand Activation 
    • Country cluster Omni-channel leads
    • Country cluster Trade marketing (Own Retail, Franchise and Wholesale)

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Expert knowledge Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign and video editing
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
    • Strong graphic design and verbal skills
    • IT skills:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint: advanced /Outlook

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate education and/or advanced experience in Graphic or Communication Design, or related Design specialty
    • At least 5 years' experience in Sporting Goods/Fashion Industry or Design
    • Experience and understanding of end to end Design process
    • Passion for sports, culture, design
