Senior Web Platform Administrator at NTT Ltd.

The Role:

The Senior Platform Administrator consults with internal clients about the technology environment with high complexity. As a member of the Group Information Services team, you will be responsible for the support of Sitecore / ASP.Net Platform and other technical services to do with the companies main web sites. The role would require general knowledge of servers, platforms and supporting technologies such networks, firewalls, online security and cloud management.

The Senior Platform Administrator will have a set of main duties that include:

• Maintain current industry knowledge of features, best practices and procedures for Sitecore, SOLR search solutions.
• Collaborate on supporting services by working with colleagues from other teams as needed to resolve support problems. EG: Networking, firewall, SSL certificates, load balancing and other Cloud services.
• Assist with special projects as needed including determining requirements, training & implementing new tools and technologies.
• Provide telephonic and email based technical support to internal customers while ensuring ticket resolution and customer satisfaction with issues with the platform.

Required skills:

• 3 years’ professional experience working with advanced Microsoft Technologies - Required EG: IIS, Exchange, Forefront, Project Server, .Net Programming.
• Working knowledge of ASP.net, IIS services and another online web site platform. - Non negotiable
• Knowledge of Office Tools, especially OneNote and/or other ways of documentation.
• Sitecore 7.0+ Certification – Very Beneficial
