Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office building areas:
Dusting and polish office desks, and other office furniture
Cleaning toilet stalls, mirrors and sink areas and including restocking toilet paper dispensers
Cleaning kitchen areas: sink, refrigerators, stove and oven: wipe and clean, cabinet doors and countertops: wipe down and clean stains, washing dishes, drying and packing dishes
Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming floors in offices, reception, boardroom, kitchen and toilets
Spot cleaning glass and window, windowsills, corners and surface areas
Emptying bins in and around the office areas and desks, kitchen, restrooms
Picking up objects off the floor
Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
Set up boardroom for important meetings e.g.. Tea/coffee/water and eats etc.
Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
Performs additional duties as needed.
Show proficiency in communication and organization skills.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and aptitude for solving problems.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
Proven experience of at least 2 years in Cleaner or similar General Worker position
Understand cleaning principles and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
