Service Sales & Account Management Engineer - Johannesburg at Vestas

Service Sales Department in the SBU-Service, with headquarters in Madrid (Spain) is responsible for (a) defining Targets for the business cluster (b) Customer engagement for upselling service packages and upgrades (c) Regular customer interactions for future business prospectus (d) negotiating business "Head of Terms" and detailed obligatory services as in binding Agreements for Long Term durations (e) Very importantly working closely with Turbine Sales Department and complimenting support function for the appropriate Turbine sales.

Responsabilities

•  Commercial Quotations for New Service Agreements during Turbine selling process
•  Renewal / Amendment of ongoing Service Contracts
•  Reporting and seeking Approval process as to Vestas Compliance
•  Customer clarifications for scope and obligations
•  Inter-departmental alignment for ensuring effective sales co-ordination functions

Qualifications

•  Diploma / Degree Business Management & Engineering with 2 to 3 years of past experience in similar category of job responsibilities.
•  It can be a Dual degree or one completed after the other at different points in the career.
•  Used to international and multi-cultural environment.
