Shift Maintenance Technician at RPO Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Assist in conducting preventive maintenance programs
• Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
