    Shipping Administrator

    Desired Experience and Qualification:

    • B Comm Supply Chain Management
    • Three years of experience in a similar role

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of product costings
    • Communicate with freight forwarding agent for bookings and clearance
    • Preparation and loading of supplier payments
    • Co-ordinate and supervise the import process and liaise with all relevant personnel

    Key Skills:

    • Microsoft excel
    • Excellent time management
    • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
    • Attention to detail
