Site Agent (Civils) at Stefanutti Stocks

The KPA's of the role are as follows:

• Planning & programme implementation
• Cost reporting & cost forecasting
• Site administration and management
• Information and records management
• Setting out and surveying
• SHEQ implementation
• Staff management

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• BSc Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering
• At least seven years related experience in the construction environment, preferably in a civils environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects 
• Must be SACPCMP professionally registered or in the process of registering (pending professional interview)
• Ideally has had exposure to a wide range of different project types as the project will cover a range of disciplines
• NEC experience preferable
• Transnet experience preferable but not essential
• Must be prepared to work away from home in remote locations; home base is either currently in Cape Town, or is prepared to relocate to Cape Town.
