Exceed or achieve site production and financial targets.
Assist with the adherences and implementation of policies, procedures, statutory law and safety regulations.
Implement a high SHEQ standard on the site to meet and exceed client satisfaction.
Assist with planning and programming of the project, by measuring and evaluating operational performance, processes and resources in order to enhance efficiencies/production.
Be effective in understanding & implementing problem solving decisions for the site.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
BSc, BEng or BTech in Civil or Construction Management
At least 5 years’ experience in a construction company, ideally in building and/or civils work
Ideally is registered as a candidate or professional with SACPCMP
