Describe the principal mission of the position

• Monitor and validate the CONFORMITY of components, products / processes in production
• Customer interface for Quality Matters (current production)
• Ensure that the Quality System is respected – GEMBA

Main Responsibilities

• Manage Physical Indicators on his site
• Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Group and Product Group and promote Quality Culture
• Implement 5 axes methodologies in the site
• Manage Quality network in his or her site
• Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit)
• Co-chair the PVC for P1 projects from phase 3 until the end of the project
• For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure
• Chair the major P0 PVC
• Represent Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation)
• Manage Incidents (CLR-Logistic) Internally and with Customer

3 - 5 years in similar position in automotive industry

Relevant qualification and certifications
