We are looking for a dynamic, fast thinking Snr Paralegal/ Attorney to join our inhouse Legal team.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Review all Legal documents - including Leases, Service legal agreements and similar)
• Record search, legal and factual research
• Organize and analyse all required information for research
• Cross checking and validation of all information required
• All written reports are prepared and validated
• Assisting when necessary with, drafting of all related documentation, which would include:
• Briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts and all legal memoranda
• Applications, declarations and assist and prepare with any legal arguments
• Ensuring that all any legal forms and or documents are accurately detailed, analysing and summarising
• All administrative and case files are accurately kept
• Keep up to date on all new related laws and regulations regarding the field
• Assisting with formatting, editing and typing of documents including proposals and reports in Word and PowerPoint
• Respond to the Consumer Board on matters referred.
• Review any legal disputes or clauses
