We are looking for a (Social) Media Analyst Intern to join our Global Insight department, working across the consumer and media insights teams. After training in our tool and methodologies, you will play a central role in the development of monitoring and research reports based on media or social media, where your role is instrumental in deciphering and interpreting data to offer invaluable insights to our esteemed clients.

What You'll Do:
Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from various media and social media platforms using our softwares and defined methodologies.
Data collection, analysis, insight generation, and reporting to various departments and customer segments as required.
Production/ compilation of recurring and ad hoc research reports and newsletters.
Monitoring consumer and media conversations on different online platforms.
Identifying trends and influencers in the (social) media landscape.
What You'll Bring:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, another language is a plus
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Exceptional storytelling and editorial writing abilities.

Client-focused with outstanding communication skills.
Familiarity with the fundamentals of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite tools.
Deep understanding of the current (social) media landscape, including Social Listening Tools, social media platforms, global news, current affairs and latest innovations.
Willingness to embrace the best of both worlds with our hybrid work schedule. This role requires you to be in the office 2 days a week.
The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
