Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. Degree or Diploma certificate in marketing, social media or related fields.
3. 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role
4. Computer literate
5. Knowledge of current digital trends and innovations
6. Proven working experience as a community management
7. Experience in launching social media initiatives
8. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
9. Good understanding of business and commerce
10. Creative writing skills (Copywriting)
11. Exceptional interpersonal skills
12. Ability to create content
13. Social media savvy
14. Understanding of community etiquette and respect
15. Ability to problem-solve when dealing with high pressure situations
16. Ability to identify and track relevant digital and social metrics
