The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall systems engineering activities related to delegated tasks
Responsibilities
Engineering Management

• Contribute and actively participate in general systems engineering activities (meetings, discussions , activities, engineering change request, etc.
• Actively participate in and contribute towards engineering reviews, including documentation reviews and project reviews.
• Comply with and apply internally defined and established system engineering standards and
• provide Contribute to project team performance and successes.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure that the engineering efforts reaches its agreed progress milestone.

Qualifications/ Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Computers Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years experience in the electronic engineering field.
• Embedded and Software R&D experience a must. ( Non Negotiable)
• Embedded software development experience ( C or C++)
• Intrinsic Safety experience beneficial
• Experience in developing for harsh environmental conditions.
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environmental would be advantageous

Requirements , Architectural and design analysis.

• Detect and communicate conflict's between requirements , architectures and designs.
• Provide inputs to risk analysis
• Determines and confirm the scope and bounds of the the system and how it must interact with its environment
• Decompose system requirements requirements into lower-level requirements , architecture and designs.

TESTING

• Generate test instruction
• Perform appropriate engineering testing
• Ensure traceability is maintained
• Maintain Test records

Configuration

• All documentation to be configured in accordance with internal configuration management according to policies and procedures.
• Issue tracking to be conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Adherence to ECR processes and procedures
• Preservation of the integrity and traceability of the configuration throughout the system life cycle.
• Provide Support for clients during the development and product utilization .
