Requirements:

• Understanding of software development methodologies, technologies and tools
• Experience in a project management or software implementation environment
• Matric coupled with at least 2 years Software System implementation
• Computer Literacy (experience in User Systems Training)
• Database Management
• Experience in a service-related environment with a desire to achieve high standards of Customer Service
• This position requires traveling (own car essential)

Duties:

• Ensures the implementation of software by creating client requirement specifications and playing key role in the implementation process.
• Customer management
• Training – provide training to and supporting external end user clients and staff on software usage
• Provide support to the Passport 360 sales team
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external clients.
• Able to communicate very well with different people – interpersonal and written
