    Software Project Engineer (Port Elizabeth)

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Update NOV control systems with new functionality
    • Perform inhouse test and quality assure our deliveries
    • Create and update technical documentation
    • Technical Support to our sales engineers, field service technicians and our customers

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor within Mechatronics or Computer Science (Essential)

    Experience

    • Experience with Network and router configurations (Essential)
    • Experience with Vmware virtual environment (Desirable)
    • Experience with programming HMI/SCADA systems (Essential)
    • Experience with Microsoft programming languages (Essential)

    Skills, Training, Or Special Knowledge

    • General Microsoft operating software knowledge (Essential)
    • Good communication skills in English
