Spa Therapist | FOH Assistant at African Echoes Recruitment

• A safari lodge in the Sabi Sand region, Mpumalanga is seeking a professional and guest-focused Spa Therapist / Front of House Assistant to join their team.
• This is a versatile role combining professional spa treatments with Front of House and guest service responsibilities. The successful candidate should be confident, well presented, and comfortable interacting with guests.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Qualified Spa Therapist with recognised qualifications
• Previous spa and hospitality experience preferred
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Strong guest relations and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and well presented
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to assist across Front of House operations
• Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
• Female candidates will be given preference 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SPA THERAPIST DUTIES

• Perform professional spa treatments and therapies
• Consult with guests and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Ensure the spa environment is clean, calm, and welcoming
• Manage treatment preparation and spa equipment
• Maintain professional guest records where required 

FRONT OF HOUSE DUTIES 

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
• Assist with guest hosting and Front of House duties
• Provide excellent and personalised guest service
• Assist with meals, service, and general lodge requirements
• Handle guest requests professionally
• Support the lodge team wherever required 

PACKAGE: 

• R15,000 per month
• Live-in accommodation provided
