The Data & Process Optimization and Automation Specialist will be responsible for evaluation, design, and implementation of best practice business processes to improve service and business efficiency. The role will be expected to analyse data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes. Additionally, may be deployed to support design of future state workflow design across the enterprise
