Job Responsibilities
- Achieve company targets by means of good customer experience and Operational Effectiveness
- Supply approvals for the build team to meet the company objectives of the Network Build Target
- Ensure Sites Acquisition by means of application submissions, manage and follow up on applications to get approvals for site builds including
document control
- Site Swap Application resubmissions to relevant parties to change equipment as required by the planning team
- Contract Management regarding a specific portfolio and area of expertise to expedite approval processes
- Manage lease costs consisting of Rental Amounts and escalation percentage with contractors to keep the targets within the set parameters and budget for lease agreements
- Manage Power Applications and approvals when the need arise to get power to the sites
- Manage and control the roll out of acquiring Greenfield sites which includes Sec 22, EIA, CAA, LA and Building plans
- Compile new specification and system Process documentation and registering it on E-Dox
