    Specialist: RM Channel Management (TOO)

    Core Description    
    Responsible to develop and manage the Telkom Direct Store/ Express Store/ Super Store channels to align to Small and Medium Business Services requirements and ensuring channel effectiveness and efficiency, marketing mix, channel education and realise segment and marketing requirement.

    Competencies    
    FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

    • Marketing; Channel Management; Sales; Processes, Database; Business Acumen; Telkom Products & Services

    FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

    • Sales; Marketing; System Thinking; Presentation & Research Techniques; Analytical; Communication; Computer Applications; Project Management; Negotiation Techniques; Report; Writing Techniques

    ATTITUDE/LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:

    • Goal Orientated; Innovative; Committed; Dynamic; Punctual; Proactive; Customer Focus; Team Player

    Qualifications    

    • Relevant 3 year Degree/ Diploma (at least NQF level 6)

    Experience    

    • 3 Years Operational experience (in Marketing/ TDS/ Call Centre/ Commercial would be an advantage)

    Special Requirements    

    • Valid driver's license
    • Willingness to travel
