What you need is:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering
• Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in the construction industry gained either in a design office
• Good knowledge of the construction industry, and the design and construction process with all relevant technical disciplines associated with Hilti applications/products
• Be able to identify and show an understanding of the customer’s needs
• Analyses results and trends to develop strategies that will improve importance
• Implement the strategy of the Head of Engineering
• Achieve the specifications targets set by the Head of Engineering
• Strong presentation and MS Office knowledge skills,
• High performer who has an achiever mentality, career driven, self-disciplined and supportive team player with high ethical values,
• Well-developed business acumen
• Be willing to travel
