We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Stock Controller. As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's inventory.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all stock levels, including incoming and outgoing shipments
Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reorder when necessary
Conduct regular stock counts and ensure counts are accurate
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of stock
Resolve any discrepancies or issues with stock levels
Implement inventory management best practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to optimize stock flow
Ensure compliance with all inventory control procedures and regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar stock control role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using inventory management software
Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices
