Required Skills
Diploma or equvilant
At least 5 Years experience in stock controlling in FMCG environment
Working knowlegde of BPCS would be advantageous
Minimum of Matric, a tertiary qualification is recommended
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide effective stock controls and accurate administrative information about stock, the movement of stock and to capture data on the IT platform
Stock Control (full responsibility of the following points): Variance report; Reconciling of monthly stock as well as stock in transit; Actual stock counts; Factory claims; Adherence to stock procedures
Verify accuracy of all transactions
Provide and process reports requested by Management
Problem solving by: Managing and controlling problem area and take preventative action; Investigate reasons for variances
