Job Objectives    

•  Key role ensuring Department KPIs achieves desired results - In-stock, branch stock level, stock % of sales
•  Fault finding and root cause analysis on all store replenishment related problems
•  Maintain store replenishment parameters in order to create accurate store orders
•  Support store operations with regards to all inventory related queries and issues
•  Generate high level reports utilizing large volumes of data to inform decisions to management
•  Relationship Management – Communicate and build relationships with vendors, divisional management, branch personnel, buying community and supply chain to support the department’s ability to achieve KPIs

Qualifications    

• Relevant degree in Business Sciences, Logistics or Supply Chain

Experience    

•  Minimum of 1 year retail / operational / stock management experience
•  Experienced in root cause analysis / problem-solving
•  Experience with using analytic tools (Excel, SAP Self Service)

Knowledge and Skills    

•  Strong numerical and analytical aptitude and high proficiency in interpreting data to build reports
•  Strong willingness to learn and adapt
•  Ability to grasp complex concepts and understand the bigger picture
•  Strong ability to communicate both up and down the hierarchy within a large organization
•  Ability to work independently
•  Ability to work under pressure
