Studio Coordinator at ZaPOP

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintaining a strong relationship with our clients.
• Marketing the studio to find prospective clients.
• Generating new business and leads.
• Attending to all financial aspects of the studio including quoting, billing, and voice payments.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the studio.
• Attending to all studio administration.
• Manage timelines and implementation of projects.
• Music coordination – sourcing, approving, and tracking of commercial music being distributed to retailers.

What we need from you:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Business Management, or any other related Diploma / Degree.
• Excellent English and Afrikaans language skills (any additional languages would be advantageous).
• 3-5 Years Customer Services Experience.
• 1-2 Years Sales Experience.
• A history in Project Management will be highly advantageous.
