Key Performance Outputs

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Manager of Car Park and will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, organizational standards, policies, and procedures. Reporting non-compliance and taking corrective actions to maintain compliance.
• Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of parking operation processes.
• Providing input into the budget planning process.
• Overseeing cash flow processes and allocating resources accordingly.
• Conducting daily reconciliation of revenues.
• Organizing, scheduling, and supervising subordinates' activities within processes or services to meet efficiency and quality objectives.
• Maintaining stable employee relations by managing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Engaging in project execution.
• Cultivating, supporting, and sustaining healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to achieve organizational goals.

Technical Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience, or their equivalents, are required:

• A Higher Certificate is essential.
• Two years of operational business experience is essential.
• One year of supervisory operational business experience is advantageous.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A Code B Driver’s License.
