As a Decofurn Dispatch Supervisor, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the accurate and efficient dispatch of stock from your store to its given destination. Your supervisory skills will be called upon in managing your team to make sure this is done in a streamlined and highly productive manner.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the efficient dispatch process
Oversee and supervise the deliver process
Collect the invoices which are designated for delivery on a daily basis.
Ensure that the drivers meet their delivery deadlines.
Responsible for quality control of the stock
Staff supervision, ensuring staff are well managed, treated fairly, and that moral remains high.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent
1 + years Dispatch/Warehouse supervisory experience
Sage Pastel experience – Advantageous
Computer Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook & Google Sheets
