Are you flexible and willing to work across geographies and time zones?
Conduct regular performance reviews with appointed Suppliers. Ensure that Suppliers meet contractual obligations and deliver the required level of service.
Monitor and report on spend, Supplier performance and resource utilization etc.
Work alongside team members to raise purchase orders and reconcile supplier invoices.
Carry out forecasting activities and ensure that Suppliers have the correct level of resources available to support LSEG requirements.
Plan and monitor spend with Suppliers on a regular basis ensuring no budget issues and alignment with Finance team.
Review and define new outsourcing requirements.
Draft and run third party contracts.
Identify and implement improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
Provide support with Logistics related activities, deliver projects and carry out ad hoc activities as requested.
