Success Profile and Attributes

The Team Leader is responsible for the overall execution and supervision of daily activities within the Pipe Plant.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operational Management: Overseeing daily production planning, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining stringent quality control processes to ensure all products meet required specifications and standards.
• Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and developing the plant team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Safety & Compliance (QSHE): Ensuring all plant operations are conducted in full compliance with QSHE regulations, leading safety briefings, and actively promoting a zero-harm safety culture.
• Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintenance Coordination: Working closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely upkeep and repair of plant machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in manufacturing, piping, or heavy industrial operations, including knowledge of relevant machinery and processes.
