Technical Manager at Novus Holdings Ltd

Key Duties and Responsibilities    

• Develop extrusion formulations to optimize product performance and machine efficiencies.
• Product and Process development.
• Efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
• Technical advice on new processes or process optimisation, not just in extrusion but throughout the factory
• Product Innovation
• Recommendations on capex
• Customer liaison on technical issues

Educational Requirements    

• Diploma in Plastics manufacturing
• Polymer science/chemistry degree (BSc/B-Tech) or diploma
• Management diploma

Experience Requirements    

• A minimum of five years’ experience in the manufacture of flexible plastic packaging is a non- negotiable pre-requisite.
