Assist in driving company strategic sales and marketing objectives.
Achieve sales budgets through effective strategic action involving customer relations, effective communication, and product strategies.
Effectively operate and control the sales territory/segment and customer portfolio.
Market the company’s product and services to the allocated customers/segment according to company strategic imperatives and with the Sales Manager’s guidance.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU ?
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Construction industry, preferably in technical selling and/or site management.
Having a recognized business qualification such as QS, Civil Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Management is mandatory for this role. Also, a valid driver’s licence.
This role calls for a person who is a professional in selling and negotiating, has great communication and customer service skills and understands construction/site project hierarchies and relationships.
Teamwork is essential for this role.
To ensure workloads are managed effectively, the candidate should have good planning and organizational skills and establish, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally).
