    P&O Executive Reward Manager

    Role Purpose

    • You will manage project teams within the Reward practice, ensuring delivery of high-quality client work, operational efficiency, and team development.
    • The role supports the Reward leadership team by providing analytical expertise, managing day-to-day client engagements, and contributing to the growth of the practice.
    • The role will be based in Cape Town or Johannesburg with occasional travel required.

    Key Responsibilities 

    Client Delivery & Technical Expertise 

    As a Manager you will primarily be involved in the following – 

    • Ensure accuracy, insight, and relevance of all analytical outputs 
    • Reviewing executive and non-executive benchmarking prepared by junior 
    • Contributing to development of methodology, databases and templates 
    • Preparation and review of indicative financial models to demonstrate cost/benefit analysis of variable pay arrangements. 
    • Performance condition testing e.g. Total Shareholder Return 

    Key performance indicator (“KPI”) strategy consulting 

    • Conducting critical reviews of client’s remuneration practices, and drafting papers including review outcomes and recommendations for new structures to clients 
    • Short-term and long-term incentive review and design 
    • Assisting clients with preparing the analytical components of remuneration reports 
    • An awareness of topical issues surrounding executive reward, both globally and locally, and the preparation of communication material to remuneration committees regarding this information, as well as providing ongoing advice 
    • Managing client relationships 
    • Project managing client engagements 
    • Responsibility for risk management procedures and managing costs/fees 

    Attending client meetings. 

    • Deliver high-quality analytical and advisory work across reward projects (e.g., incentive design, benchmarking, fair pay analysis, transaction-related reward matters).

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience 

    • Degree in finance, economics, statistics, or related field (postgraduate preferred). 
    • 2- 3 years’ experience in reward consulting or a related field, with strong analytical expertise.

    Private Senior Associate

    • The primary focus of the role is to prepare and manage (with the support of the senior manager) multiple audit of tax, compliance and tax accounting assignments in the PwC Private tax practice and to deliver quality tax services. 

    Responsibilities of the role: 

    • Manage and perform corporate tax accounting assignments. 
    • Manage and perform audit of tax assignments. 
    • Manage and perform corporate tax compliance assignments, including preparation, review and submission of income tax and provisional tax returns.

    Procurement Specialist

    Purpose of Job 

    • The primary role of the Procurement Manager is to support the Procurement Officer. This includes taking responsibility for driving all activities related to the procurement policy.

    IFS - Associate - FSSC Shared Services

    Purpose of Job 

    • To support the Africa Accounts Receivable Lead to secure PwC revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies. 

    Role Description 

    Responsibilities 

    Debtors  

    • Daily extraction of bank transactions and weekly Oracle receipt uploads for Nelspruit and Witbank office accounts. 
    • Daily update of receipt that was received in the JHB bank account for both Nelspruit & Witbank office  
    • Weekly receipt allocations for the Nelspruit office’s bank account in Microsoft Sheet. 
    • Contacts clients with outstanding accounts in Nelspruit and selected clients in Witbank 
    • Monthly sending of statements  
    • Send invoices as/when they are generated  
    • Addressing client account queries with the managers and partners  

    Managers/partner assistance  

    • Upon request - Assisting managers/partners by providing them with a customer statement, detailed ledger or copy of an invoice  
    • Upon request – Request invoice/s for secretarial services (CIPC invoices)
