Technical Specialist (Kofax) at Ovations Technologies

• Are you an experienced Kofax Technical Specialist with strong Document Management and Enterprise Content Management experience?
• We are looking for a skilled professional to configure, implement, support and maintain document capture solutions using the Kofax product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support implementation solutions using Kofax Total Agility (KTA)
• Work with Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM), Kofax Total Agility (KTA), Kofax Import Connector, and related Kofax technologies
• Manage and support document capture processes
• Manage capacity, modifications, user creation, troubleshooting and general support
• Implement, install, upgrade and maintain third-party packages
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures
• Provide task estimations and work allocation recommendations
• Execute disaster recovery processes and tests
• Participate in proof of concepts and product evaluations
• Report on progress of technical tasks
• Maintain and enhance systems based on business requirements and approved technology standards
• Provide production support and standby duty
• Transfer knowledge to team colleagues

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years' Document Management experience
• Strong experience with the Kofax product suite for content capture
• Experience with enterprise-level deployments
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
