Technical support on troubleshooting of mechanical or Electrical components.
Act as a liaison between Service Vestas and VPS / R&D department Vestas wind system A/S to improve turbine performance
Act as a liaison between field personnel, vendors, customers and Continuous Improvement Management\R&D
Prepare technical reports including root cause analysis for failed components (mainly main components) in order to improve turbine performance.
Act as liaison between Vestas Service and Customers for questions and claims related to Mechanical or Electrical components. Attend customer meetings with technical content.
Create method of procedures, guides to aid Field Services in inspection of the wind turbine
Create and deliver technical presentations to internal and external customers.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
Qualifications:
Experience (2 - 3years+) in wind turbine technical role
Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar
English language written and spoken Skills
Competencies:
Problem Solving , Results Orientation and Communication
Comprehensive technical skills with emphasis in problem solving and root cause failure analysis
Able to organize priorities and daily work in a busy environment
